By accessing and using the Association's Owner Portal, you acknowledge that the Association and its management may provide communications, notices, documents, and other information electronically through this portal and related email notifications.
This acknowledgment does not replace the written Email Consent Form required by Florida Statutes for owners who wish to receive official Association notices by email. If you would like to receive official notices and correspondence via email instead of U.S. Mail, you must complete and return the Association's Email Consent Form.
Please help us expedite the correspondence process by signing and returning the Email Consent Form as soon as possible. By allowing notices to be sent via email instead of U.S. Mail, the Association can significantly reduce annual mailing costs.
